This lack of organization generated a lot of confusion and increased the risk of making mistakes, which led to great economic losses. In addition, their direct relationship with their customers could be affected.

The main objective of this project was to develop a customized web platform to centralize all the information in one place. Both the company’s staff and new buyers can access all kinds of information within an easy to use web platform.

Thanks to this web platform, our client has been able to solve all the management problems that made them lose time and money, and has improved communication with their customers and new buyers.

We created this customized web platform to solve the management problems of companies dedicated to the construction sector.

Customer needs analysis

The first phase of this great project was to analyze and understand our client’s needs. To understand their procedures and their way of working, in order to provide the best solutions to their problems.

After this analysis we found the two main problems of the company.

All the relevant information was scattered in several files, as customers reported their customizations through mail or calls and sometimes this information was lost. Manually recording data on home customizations was time-consuming. In addition, they also had to continually send documentation such as contracts and invoices to customers who requested them.

So to try to solve these two major problems, we designed and developed a private area, where customers have access to all available information about their new home.

Personalization of housing

From the client’s private area, each new owner can customize the different rooms of their new home as they wish, choosing materials, colors, finishes, style of the kitchen and bathroom, floors, among others.

All the data is registered in the web platform, so there is no risk of losing information and, in addition, possible communication problems between the company and the new owners are avoided.

The client can choose all the customizations of the new home and save the information. Once he is sure that he has made all the changes he wants, he can confirm his choice so that the construction company can receive it and start the modifications.

Certain customizations may have an extra cost, if the client chooses them, the final price of the house will be increased. The web platform calculates the final price of the customization, offering the new owner total control over the budget.

Centralized information on the platform

Within the private area, new homeowners have access to all the information related to the purchase of their new home.

They can consult the progress of the work in real time, seeing a breakdown of the % progress of each construction action. This gives them a clearer picture of how the construction of their future home is progressing.

Construction managers can upload all the documentation corresponding to contracts, invoices and payments made. Everything is recorded in one place, avoiding the need to manage this important information in multiple documents and in different formats.

From the platform, clients have the possibility of contacting their manager directly for any queries they may have, and it also includes an after-sales section, where they can report any incidents detected once the homes have been delivered. This management and administration system greatly facilitates the company’s daily work.

Redesign of the corporate website

The company also needed a new design for their corporate website. They wanted each new project to be presented in a clear way, and to have all the necessary information: specific characteristics of each property, image and video gallery, see the floor plans of each property and check prices, etc.

From the new website it is possible to perform several search filters such as: current developments, upcoming developments and completed developments.

The website is available in two languages: Spanish and Basque, which facilitates access to customers who speak different languages.
