Televima is a company specialized in the installation, repair and maintenance of antennas in Bizkaia.

After many years with their website, they thought it was time to update it. They needed a renewed website where they could include new services and show their customers their authority and professionalism in the telecommunications sector.

In addition, they wanted to increase the visibility of their company and try to reach more customers through social networks.

Our main objective was to increase visibility and improve the company’s image. Therefore, we structured the strategy in 3 different phases: Development of a new optimized website , implementation of SEO strategies to increase traffic to the website and a Social Media strategy on Facebook with weekly publications to try to reach the target audience.

Our objective: Create a current website with SEO-oriented content and develop a Social Media strategy to increase brand visibility.

An updated website

We started to develop a website in WordPress for Televima fully optimized for search engines.

We performed a keyword analysis to define the content of the website. We completely renewed the web structure of the previous page, improving both the information architecture and the navigability to facilitate its crawling by search engines. We implemented a responsive design to ensure that the user experience was correct on any device.

In addition, to improve SEO performance, we optimized the loading speed and configured all the necessary technical elements, such as meta descriptions, titles, headings and descriptions.

Results: After the first three months since the release of the new website, there was a 20% increase in organic traffic.

More visits, more customers

We continued the complete digital strategy for Televima and the next phase was the implementation of SEO actions.

We optimized the content with respect to their previous website, based on keywords relevant to the business. The text was focused on attracting quality traffic to the website. In addition, we performed a technical optimization to improve the loading speed and included linkbuilding actions to get external links to increase the domain authority.

Results: After six months, the website achieved a 15% increase in organic traffic compared to the same period with its previous website. And, we managed to position certain keywords in the first search results.

 

Increased visibility on Facebook

For Televima, this antenna installation and repair company and other services, we created a content strategy on Facebook with the objective of increasing brand visibility among individuals and neighborhood communities.

Since Facebook is a platform where communities actively interact, it was the perfect social network to connect with our two target audiences.

We offered Televima content segmented for each of the two audiences. For neighborhood communities, we made publications focused on the importance of community antenna maintenance, offered the most innovative building solutions and highlighted the company’s experience in buildings and large installations.

For individual customers, we created practical and approachable content, offered advice and tips on how to perform small actions to improve the signal inside the home and showed how to solve minor problems with antennas.

Results: The content managed to increase user interaction with the company’s account by 25%, also increasing the brand’s visibility in networks.

Strategy in 3 phases: The perfect synergy

By making a complete strategy with these 3 phases (optimized website, SEO strategies and Facebook content), we made a perfect synergy with which we managed to increase Televima’s visibility and attract more traffic to the new website.

Each phase of the strategy fulfills a specific and well-defined function.
