Flexible coworking for innovative companies

Bikkube is the result of the growing demand for Coworking spaces in Spain, specifically in the city of Valencia.

The company behind the project sought to attract companies interested in being part of this unique concept of adaptable coworking. Bikkube offers companies the possibility of adjusting and adapting the workspace to the needs of growth or reduction of the company’s workforce. In addition to offering flexibility in the forms of rental payment.

Before embarking on building and adapting the space, the company wanted to survey the demand for this type of space in that particular area. Making the concept known and gauging interest in the project.

And for that, they needed a landing page. So we got down to work and…

We developed a recruitment landing page

Under an already defined design, we created the landing page to attract potential companies that wanted to be part of the Coworking project.

Defined design, customized execution

With a design previously defined by the company, our goal was to develop the landing page optimized for lead generation.

The design highlighted the flexibility of the coworking space, showing images of how the space can be increased or reduced for each company according to their needs.

Our development team made sure that the structure of the design provided was the right one to boost conversion, and implemented a simplified contact form to make it easy for those interested in the coworking space to request more information or sign up for an in-person tour of the facilities in a simple and easy way.

In addition, we made sure that the landing page had a good responsive design so that users could register from any device.

Advertising strategy for lead generation

In addition to creating the Bikkube landing page, the company asked us to create a digital advertising campaign strategy to increase the visibility of the project and get leads interested in renting the coworking space.

So we developed two different strategies for two different channels: Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

On the Google Ads advertising platform, we created a campaign focused on attracting quality traffic to the landing page. We conducted keyword research to define the most relevant keywords with the highest conversion potential, and then created the ad.

In the LinkedIn Ads platform, we create a more segmented strategy. We focus the campaigns directly to the decision makers within the companies of the targeted sectors.

We designed several customized and very visual ads, where we emphasize above all the flexibility and networking opportunities that this Coworking space offers to companies.
