“Más que policías” was in urgent need of a digital upgrade.

The website had become obsolete. The information in the online store was not well organized, and moreover, it was not working properly. They had thousands of products that they could not sell through their online store.

Strategy in the design

The first thing we did was to analyze, plan and structure the design of the “Más que policías” website and online store, understanding very well the needs of the company and its customers.

Defining the structure and design of the website and online store is fundamental to guide the user towards the purchase, so in this case, we designed several wireframes or design prototypes where we represented visually, in a very simple and schematic way, the design of the website and online store, to ensure that each implemented element is really what this project needed.

We focused on the ease of use and the ability to grow the content, both in the content part of the web, as well as in the products of the online store.

 

 

Constant communication with the customer

No one understands the needs of a project better than the clients themselves. However, as experts, our duty is to provide the right recommendations from our experience to ensure that the result is unbeatable.

Therefore, we were in continuous contact with the client, to share the prototypes of the web design and ecommerce. Through a collaborative tool, the client was able to send us comments, raise doubts and make suggestions. Based on this feedback, we made the necessary adjustments, always offering the best solutions to improve the design.

 

 

WordPress and Woocommerce

Once we defined the design with the client’s approval, we finished the first phase of strategy and creativity and continued with the next phase: the development of the digital project.

We developed the website for WordPress, to avoid unnecessary plugins that slow down the web pages as is the case of predefined WordPress templates.

To finish with the development phase of the project, we implemented the online store in Woocommerce. After a long time, the company could sell their products through their online store. This meant a great increase in sales results.

 

 

Content management: Easy and simple

The amount of information to manage and update in any ecommerce is very large. Therefore, it is essential that customers can easily and simply manage all that information, with the development of the online store in WordPress is possible.

Customers themselves can, with complete autonomy, add new products, upload photos, modify information and prices without the need to resort to an expert programmer.

This is what customers appreciate the most, the ease of management in their day to day. With a little explanation, they themselves are able to manage their online store at all times.

 

 

Integration with FactuSOL

For any ecommerce that also has a physical store, it is important to be able to connect both sales channels. And this is the case of “Más que policías”.

This company, in addition to having the new online store, has a physical store to sell their products. So they needed to be able to connect the information and sales of the two stores in order to avoid confusion or problems with the stock of products.

Therefore, we integrated the online store to FactuSOL, the ERP they use. In it, they have all the information about their customers, orders, products, etc… By being connected, the customer only has to manage one platform, in this case FactuSol, and automatically the information is updated in the online store. This saves many incidents and problems for our customers.

 

 

SEO POSITIONING STRATEGY

Once the web development was finished, we started with the next phase of the strategy: SEO strategies implementation.

Our goal was to increase the visibility of the company and attract qualified traffic to the new website, and therefore, we implemented a series of SEO actions aimed at achieving this.

We created optimized content that responded to the key questions and searches of the target audience. In addition to other actions such as obtaining quality backlinks to help consolidate the authority of the brand.

Results: The implementation of this SEO strategy significantly increased the website’s views and led to a 30% increase in the organic conversion rate.
