Fanté is a sports nutrition brand that manufactures its own products in Valencia.
Among their best-sellers you’ll find energy gels, bars, isotonic drinks, recovery formulas… all made with natural ingredients and developed by sports nutrition specialists.
In addition to selling online to end consumers, they also supply sports shops, gyms and specialized centers in Spain and Portugal. And that’s where the problem appeared: they were managing all their B2B distribution manually. Orders by email, different conditions for each client, individual invoices, manual direct debit payments…
They asked us to build a B2B distribution platform where their clients could place orders without relying on phone calls, and where the Fanté team could manage everything without drowning in administrative work.
We develop a B2B platform for custom sales distribution.
The goal: to eliminate manual management and allow stores to place orders at any time, with their discounts, tax conditions and payment methods already configured.
Their previous situation
Before having their new custom B2B distribution platform, Fanté managed all their distribution manually. Orders came in by email or phone, only during business hours, and without any centralized system.
Each store had its own conditions: personalized discounts, different payment terms, equivalence surcharge…
All of that had to be calculated manually for every single order. Invoices were created one by one, and SEPA direct debit documents were also prepared manually.
On top of that, there was no business visibility and no tools for the sales team, who visited clients without any data about their purchase history.

The Fanté team now manages their entire daily operation from a complete admin panel.
From there, they manage stores with all their specific conditions: discounts, tax rules, assigned sales rep, geographic area… as well as products, orders and user accounts. Everything is centralized in a single platform.

Tools for the sales team
Fanté’s sales reps have their own access to the platform.
They can see all the stores assigned to them by area and check each one’s purchase history, best-selling products, and the information they need to prepare every visit in advance.
They no longer go in blind. Before visiting a store, they already know what the client has bought, how much they’ve spent, and which products might interest them.
This makes visits more effective and proposals more tailored.
