Sodexo needed a system to optimize the onboarding process for its new employees. To teach them about the company’s vision and values, and to ensure that they are aware of the rights and obligations of their new position.
And that was our goal: To create a system that facilitates the welcome and adaptation of new employees while reflecting the company’s commitment to innovation and efficiency in the workplace.
In this type of project, the most important thing is customization. So our team designed and developed a custom onboarding system, using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript to ensure that the web design was responsive and adapted to any device.
So that all new employees, regardless of their location and mobile device, have a pleasant arrival to their new job.

The website has a clear design and a very intuitive interface where new employees scroll through the entire site receiving the information they need to get started in their new job.
Follow-up for 90 days
One of the innovative features that the company asked us to implement in the onboarding system is the integration of a monitoring and evaluation function for the entire process.
At the end of the first 90 days from the onboarding date, a satisfaction form is automatically sent to each new employee via email.
In this way, the company collects feedback from employees and can make the necessary optimizations and adjustments to continuously improve the onboarding of new employees within the organization.
Customized management panel
It is as important to have a good onboarding system as it is to know how to manage it.
And for this, we created an administrative management panel using the Symfony framework.
This web administration panel allows administrators to manage and customize thecorporate onboarding process when necessary.
Everything is managed and can be modified at any time from the admin panel. Adding new content, updating internal company policies, etc…
