Survey Manager for Associations

Within the plurality of this society, it is increasingly important for institutions and associations to respond correctly to the needs and expectations of the population.

It is essential for them to know what citizens think and think, so that they can carry out specific policies and actions based on that.

In this case, to facilitate the collection and analysis of data, our client asked us for a customized survey management system designed to meet the specific needs of associations and organizations. Including the option of multi-language selector, to offer the possibility to conduct surveys to any person.

One survey, different types of answers

The survey manager offers enormous flexibility in the creation of questions and answers, adapting to any need.

It allows the use of a wide variety of formats, such as open answers for personalized texts, multiple choice with checkboxes, exclusive options with radiobuttons, as well as specific fields for dates, numbers, etc…

It also offers the possibility of configuring nested questions, which are activated or adapted according to the user’s answers. For example, an option selected in an initial question can trigger new related questions.

Results and reports

The format of the surveys is as important as the reception and collection of the responses provided. The survey management panel facilitates data collection and analysis.

All responses obtained can be downloaded in CSV format, allowing the administrator to quickly integrate with data analysis tools and spreadsheets. The reports that are created are very detailed to provide a clear and structured view of the results. In this way, patterns, trends and specific needs can be identified.
