B2B platform for product distribution<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Fant\u00e9<\/strong><\/a> is a sports nutrition brand<\/strong> that manufactures its own products in Valencia.<\/p>\n

Among their best-sellers you\u2019ll find energy gels, bars, isotonic drinks, recovery formulas\u2026<\/strong> all made with natural ingredients and developed by sports nutrition specialists.<\/p>\n

In addition to selling online to end consumers, they also supply sports shops,<\/strong> gyms and specialized centers in Spain and Portugal. And that\u2019s where the problem<\/strong> appeared: they were managing all their B2B distribution manually.<\/strong> Orders by email, different conditions for each client, individual invoices, manual direct debit payments\u2026<\/p>\n

We develop a B2B platform for custom sales distribution.<\/h2>\n

The goal: to eliminate manual management and allow stores to place orders at any time, with their discounts, tax conditions and payment methods already configured.<\/p>\n \n \n

Their previous situation<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Before having their new custom B2B distribution platform,<\/strong> Fant\u00e9 managed all their distribution manually.<\/strong> Orders came in by email or phone, only during business hours, and without any centralized system.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Each store had its own conditions<\/strong>: personalized discounts, different payment terms, equivalence surcharge\u2026<\/p>\n

All of that had to be calculated manually<\/strong> for every single order. Invoices were created one by one, and SEPA direct debit documents were also prepared manually.<\/p>\n

On top of that, there was no business visibility and no tools for the sales team,<\/strong> who visited clients without any data about their purchase history.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div> \n<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n\n

The Fant\u00e9 team now manages their entire daily operation from a complete admin panel.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

From there, they manage stores with all their specific conditions:<\/strong> discounts, tax rules, assigned sales rep, geographic area\u2026 as well as products, orders and user accounts. Everything is centralized in a single platform.<\/p>\n
