Customized corporate onboarding<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Sodexo needed a system to optimize the onboarding process for its new employees<\/strong>. To teach them about the company’s vision and values, and to ensure that they are aware of the rights and obligations of their new position.<\/p>\n

And that was our goal: To<\/strong> create a system that facilitates the welcome and adaptation of new employees while reflecting the company’s commitment to innovation and efficiency in the workplace.<\/p>\n

In this type of project, the most important thing is customization<\/strong>. So our team designed and developed<\/a> a custom onboarding system, using HTML5, CSS and JavaScript to ensure that the web design was responsive and adapted to any device<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

So that all new employees, regardless of their location and mobile device<\/strong>, have a pleasant arrival to their new job.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div> \n<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n

Follow-up for 90 days<\/strong><\/h2>\n

One of the innovative features<\/strong> that the company asked us to implement in the onboarding system is the integration of a monitoring<\/strong> and evaluation<\/strong> function for the entire process<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

At the end of the first 90 days from the onboarding date<\/strong>, a satisfaction form is automatically sent to each new employee via email.<\/p>\n

In this way, the company collects feedback from employees<\/strong> and can make the necessary optimizations and adjustments to continuously improve the onboarding of new employees within the organization.<\/p>\n \n \n

Customized management panel<\/strong><\/h2>\n

It is as important to have a good onboarding<\/a> system<\/strong> as it is to know how to manage it<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

And for this, we created an administrative management panel<\/strong> using the Symfony framework.<\/p>\n

This web administration panel allows administrators to manage and customize the<\/strong>corporate onboarding process <\/strong>when necessary.<\/p>\n

Everything is managed and can be modified at any time<\/strong> from the admin panel. Adding new content, updating internal company policies, etc…<\/p>\n

Best onboarding process<\/strong><\/h2>\n

He implementation of the corporate<\/strong> <\/a>onboarding<\/a> system<\/strong> has improved the company’s onboarding process.<\/p>\n

The simplicity of the management panel<\/strong> means that they can quickly and easily manage any changes they want to make.<\/p>\n

In addition, the 90-day follow-up and feedback from employees has enabled Sodexo to effectively<\/strong> update<\/strong> and improve the onboarding process<\/strong> by knowing what their employees think.<\/p>\n
