The importance of a good landing<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The landing in a new job or what is the same “Onboarding”<\/strong> is something fundamental for any company.<\/strong> And that was clear to Viacom.<\/p>\n

They needed to transform the experience of new employees<\/strong> to foster a strong corporate culture and make their new hires feel valued to ensure a quick adaptation period.<\/p>\n

They wanted to showcase the company’s values<\/strong> and the obligations<\/strong> and rights<\/strong> of their new position through a welcoming and personalized experience.<\/p>\n

The onboarding system<\/strong> shows new employees the company’s culture and expectations. It guides<\/strong> them and teaches<\/strong> them the rights and responsibilities of their new position.<\/p>\n

With a clear design<\/strong> and a very intuitive interface,<\/strong> new employees go through the entire website receiving the necessary information to start in their new job in a pleasant and welcoming way.<\/p>\n \n \n

Customized management panel<\/strong><\/h2>\n

To manage the content<\/strong> of the onboarding system in an easy and efficient way, we implemented a web administration panel<\/strong> developed with the Symfony framework.<\/p>\n

We created a fully customized administration panel<\/strong> so that administrators could easily update<\/strong> all the web content and adapt the onboarding process when the company’s internal policies are modified or new initiatives are included.<\/p>\n

Having this flexibility is essential to keep the onboarding system up to date.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div> \n<\/section>\n\n\n\n\n

Since the company implemented this onboarding system in its day-to-day operations, they have observed significant improvements<\/strong> in the adaptation of new employees.<\/p>\n
